1. Initial Site Survey - We will travel to your location and conduct a site survey to determine what size and style sign is best suited for your location.
2. Drawings - We will produce drawings that will reflect your signage options.
3. Engineering - We will provide the customized Windload Engineering which is necessary for procuring permits.
4. Permitting - We will apply for and procure the necessary permits to get your LED Message Center installed.
5. Manufacturing - We will manufacture the LED Message Sign along with the necessary mounting apparatus and/or sign cabinet where applicable.
6. Installation – We will install your new LED Message Sign using our in-house professional installation crew which will consist of at least 2 sign installers and one technical installer.
7. Training - We will provide on-site, in personal training on how to use your new LED Message Center and software.
8. Technical Support - We handle technical support in-house. We have a staff of full time Technical Support personnel who specialize in LED Message Centers, wireless technology and software training. We can perform remote logins to help with your more technical problems and/or software questions.
9. Content Management - We provide the initial set of customized ad content for your LED Sign so that it’s up and operational by the time we leave your site. Ongoing content management is available for a nominal fee.
10. Ongoing Warranty Repair and Software Support - We handle all warranty repair and maintenance in house so should you need help or a repair one call does it all.
