West Coast Signs recently completed the installation of a ClearView color outdoor led sign in Bradenton, FL. The double faced sign replaced outdated monochrome red signs that had been in use for 7+ years.
The resolution of the LED message sign is P18 which provides very good viewing resolution from nearby State Road 70 which optimal viewing distance of 125+ feet.

...that's right. LED electronic message signs offer the lowest cost per thousand impressions when compared to any and all types of advertising.
For example, the CPM for newspaper advertising is approximately $8.40. The CPM for radio is around $14 and for local TV it's $12.
Now consider the CPM for your LED digital message sign. Let's say you spend $30,000 on your new LED sign. And let's say that the sign has a life expectancy of 8 years. The amortized daily cost of the LED sign would be $10.27. Add $2 for electrical to run the sign and you get $12.27 per day. Lets say that your traffic count is 25,000 vehicles per day. That would give you a CPM of approximately $.50. That's right, fifty cents per 1,000 impressions - and that's counting drivers only - what about the additional impressions on passengers?

When purchasing an LED Message Center, you're often faced with options that include different "pixel pitches". Don't get confused....pixel pitch basically describes the density of the LED pixels on the message system. The more dense, the higher the resolution and the more data you can display.
When talking about pixel pitch, please remember that the lower the number, the higher the screen resolution. For instance, a 14mm screen has much more resolution than a 20mm screen. The reason for this inverse relationship is that pixel pitch is the measurement from the center of one pixel to the center of the neighboring pixel on your screen. The smaller the distance, the tighter the resolution.

West Coast Signs recently installed a new ClearView 16mm Full Color LED Message Sign for Patio Factory Super Center on US41 in Bradenton, FL. The job involved removing old box signs, replacing pan embossed sign faces and installing the LED faces which were hardwired into the supplied dedicated control computer. West Coast Signs also provided extensive training and content management for the first month of operation.

WCS of Bradenton, FL recently completed the installation of an 18' high main ID sign with ClearView LED message center for the Fire College of Florida in Ocala, Marion County, Florida. The job was awarded to WCS after a lengthy bid process that evaluated expertise, experience and price. The new LED message center ties into the College's main network via 500 feet of fiber optic cable that was provided by WCS along with the transceivers.
