New Signs And Sculpture Lights The Way
OUC-The Reliable One® marked the official unveiling of Reliable Plaza, the utility’s new green downtown customer service and administration center.
The new 10-story facility at 100 West Anderson Street was designed and built to meet the Gold-level requirements for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. It uses 28 percent less energy and 40 percent less water than a similar facility built to standard building codes.
West Coast Signs was the sign contractor of record, completely managing, designing, fabricating, permitting and/or installing all exterior and interior signage for the new building. This single point of contact improved communication with OUC and Skanska, the general contractor, allowing West Coast to complete the project on time and under budget.
